Igor Zapadinsky, a member of the Illinois Association of the Deaf (IAD) and parent of three Deaf children, shares his concerns about the actions (or lack thereof) of the Illinois Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission (IDHHC) in regards to Deaf education.
