The Illinois Association of the Deaf created the petition for change at the Illinois Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission (IDHHC) to ensure all Deaf individuals receive services and support from the IDHHC.
At this present time, the IDHHC is failing our Deaf Illinoisans. This needs to change, please consider signing the petition today.
