My name is Hugh Woodson. I am the Election Committee Chairperson for Illinois Association of the Deaf (IAD). With the upcoming elections for new officers, which will take place during IAD Virtual conference on June 12, 2021. I am in process of searching anyone who would like to be an officer with IAD for the term: 2021-2023. The positions available for officers are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Membership Secretary and Treasurer.
Right now, I am looking for anyone who is interested to be part of the election committee. To be part of the committee, you must be an IAD member in good standing for 2 years or more. If you are not sure of your membership status, please reach out to Tom Bruhn, the membership secretary or your chapter representative. I hope to begin meeting on Zoom Meeting as soon as possible by May 9, 2021.
