The Health Signs Center created a COVID-19 survey. Please take the time to share your experiences, thoughts, and opinions about COVID-19 accessibility and inclusion in the State of Illinois.
Requirements:
1) deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, or deafdisabled
2) uses sign language as their primary language
3) must be 18+
4) must live in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, or Washington.
