IAD is looking out for the interests of Illinois deaf community by conducting surveys on the following areas: Emergency Alerts and Accessibility, Community Demographics, and Nursing Home with Communication Access.
Help IAD by telling us what you think and provide feedback by completing one or more surveys, which can be found under the “Contact Us” tab within rightmost navigation item on the IAD website www.iadeaf.org

If you have not completed any of the surveys in the past, please consider completing one or more surveys. All responses and feedback are anonymous – unless you provide your contact info within a comment box when a particular concern requires further attention or dialogue.
Survey findings will be aggregated to help us create a game plan to identify and address areas needing further attention within the community.
