On behalf of Illinois Association of the Deaf (IAD), we would like to invite you to be a part of our upcoming 2023 Biennial Conference, “Reconnecting Our Past, Present & Future.”

The conference will be held at the Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center in Springfield, Illinois on June 30-July 1, 2023. The mission of our organization is to promote advancement of the social, educational, and economic well-being of the deaf and hard of hearing citizens of Illinois.

The goal of this conference is to bring together Deaf people of all ages so experiences can be shared, and we can be better prepared for our future generation’s needs. We hope you will be able to join us at the conference as a sponsor, an exhibitor and/or via advertising.

You will find further information regarding sponsorship, exhibitors, and advertising on the following page. We ask that you fill out the Sponsor Form and have it emailed back to us at conference@iadeaf.org or mail to the IAD address listed at the top left corner as soon as possible to get your organization recognized immediately.

Money can be sent via mail, payable to JIAD.
The deadline to submit the form: February 28, 2023.

Exhibitor: There is a room reserved for exhibitors near where the presentations will be held. There will be plenty of space for exhibitors as well as attendees to enjoy the information and products to be shared.
